The Found System · demo 3 of 6
The System asks for a Google review after every job, sends happy customers straight to Google, and quietly catches unhappy ones before they post.
See it in action
What it does
After each job, one click sends the ask. Happy customers (4-5 stars) go straight to your Google review page. Anyone who rates below 4 stars is routed to a private feedback form and you're notified, so you fix it before it ever shows up in public.
People forget, even happy ones. The System nudges a few times over a couple of weeks, spaced out so it never nags, and stops the instant they leave a review.
Enter the customer's name and number, hit send, the System handles the rest. Or it fires automatically when a job is marked complete.
Sitting on a list of old happy customers? Drip the review request across your whole list to build the profile fast without blasting everyone at once.
How it works
Mark the job complete or enter a name and number. The System sends the review ask by text within minutes.
Four or five stars open your Google review page in one tap. One to three stars open a private feedback form instead.
Google reviews stack up while complaints get handled privately. Nobody is asked twice.
Try it yourself
Tap a star the way your customer would. Five stars goes straight to Google. Anything lower opens a private form, so it is caught before it ever goes public.
This is a live preview. In a client’s System the review text fires automatically after each completed job.
Proof in the wild
Sample reviews shown for illustration.
"Showed up on time, kept the site clean, and the final price matched the quote. Already booked them for the next phase."
Marcus T."We had three quotes. They were the only ones who followed up the same day and explained the job in plain English."
Priya S."Problem was fixed in one visit. No callbacks, no mess, no surprises on the invoice. That's the kind of crew you recommend."
Dave R."They walked us through every step and sent photos when we were at work. Felt like we were in good hands from day one."
